How we use your information

Short version: we use what you send us to do what you asked and to learn which posts and emails help. We never sell it.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone or ZIP code if you add them, and the details you choose to share, such as a camper's age and experience level, your organization, a help request, or an order and any file you attach. We also note which page you came from and any campaign link you clicked, so we know which of our posts and emails are useful. Our camp forms don't ask for children's names. High school students who sign up on their own share their name and email, and we ask for a parent or guardian's email too. Photos you send for an order are used only to make that order.

How we use it

• To send the weekly email and your free guide, if you signed up.
• To send camp updates and your priority registration access, if you joined a camp list.
• To reply to your call request, order request, program request, or quote request.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are handled by our website host. Bookings and payments are handled by our scheduling and payment providers, so we never see your full card number. Emails are sent through the email service we use for the weekly email.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, change, or delete what we have about you, email hello@z-access.com.
